The production process of marble composites

The production process of marble composite panels is generally as follows:
1. Select marketable high-end marble varieties and purchase rough ceramic tiles with a specification of 610mm×610mm.
2. Cut the marble slab to the required size and then dry it.
3. Remove the protective net on the back of the board.
4. Use a grinder (rough grinding saw blade) to roughen the back of the board, making sure it is even.
5. Apply composite glue evenly on the ceramic tiles.
6. Press the back of the roughened marble onto the glued ceramic tile, making sure the four corners are aligned.
7. Repeat the above steps in order, stack the composite boards and separate them with a softer cloth.
8. Use a jack to apply gentle pressure, but do not press too hard to prevent the stone from breaking.
9. Wait for the composite glue to dry before proceeding to the next step.
10. Cut the composite board bridge into composite boards of specified specifications, and then chamfer the four edges to form the finished marble composite board.
Finally, the finished product is packaged and boxed for sale.
Different manufacturers may have different production processes. If you want to know more about the production process of marble composite materials, you can consult a professional stone manufacturer.
